Return & Exchange Policy

At Bellasso, every wall mural and wallpaper order is carefully printed specifically for your space. We want you to shop with confidence, and we're always here to help if you have any questions before placing an order.

Standard Size Returns

We accept returns on eligible standard-size products within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, products must be:

• Unused

• Uninstalled

• In their original condition

• Returned in their original packaging

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

Once the returned product has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days to the original payment method.

Custom Size Products

Because custom-size murals are printed specifically to your wall dimensions, custom-size orders are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund once production has begun.

We encourage customers to carefully verify all measurements before placing a custom-size order. If you need assistance, our team is happy to help.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

We take great care in producing and packaging every order. In the rare event that your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

• Your order number

• Photos of the product

• Photos of the packaging

• Photos of the shipping label

Once reviewed, Bellasso will work with you to provide an appropriate resolution, which may include:

• A replacement product

• A partial refund

• A full refund

For approved claims involving damaged, defective, or incorrect items, Bellasso may provide return instructions and cover return shipping when applicable.

Incorrect or Missing Items

If you receive an incorrect or incomplete order, please notify us within 3 days of delivery and include clear photos so we can investigate and resolve the issue promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Custom-size murals

• Personalized products

• Custom designs

• Installed products

• Used products

• Digital downloads

• Clearance or final-sale items

Lost or Stolen Packages

If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, we recommend contacting the carrier first. Once a package has been marked as delivered, Bellasso cannot guarantee replacement or reimbursement for lost or stolen packages. Claims may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please carefully review your shipping address before placing an order. Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address may be reshipped at the customer's expense.

Color Variation & Product Information

Please note that colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings, screen brightness, lighting conditions, and printing processes.

Because every order is custom printed, we cannot accept returns based on:

• Color preference

• Buyer's remorse

• Ordering the wrong size

• Change of mind after purchase

If color matching is important, we strongly recommend ordering a sample before placing a full order.

Exchanges

Exchanges are not accepted.

Installation Disclaimer

Bellasso is not responsible for damage resulting from improper installation, improper wall preparation, or failure to follow installation instructions.

We recommend reviewing all installation instructions before beginning your project.
