We create each Bellasso order specifically for you. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about processing, shipping, and delivery.
Order Processing Time
All orders are custom-made and begin production once payment is received.
Processing typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on the design, size, and level of customization.
During busy periods or seasonal demand, processing times may extend slightly. We always do our best to keep things moving smoothly and will reach out if additional time is needed.
Shipping & Delivery
Once production is complete, your order is carefully packaged and shipped using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL, depending on destination.
Estimated shipping times:

International orders: 7–21 business days (delivery times may vary due to customs)
Please note that shipping timelines are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather conditions, or customs processing.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or import taxes upon arrival. These fees are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the buyer. Unfortunately, we’re unable to estimate or control these charges.
Lost, Damaged, or Missing Packages
Your order matters to us, and we’re here to help if something goes wrong.

Delivered but not received:
Please contact the carrier first, as they can often assist quickly. If the issue isn’t resolved, reach out to us within 7 days of the delivery date. -
Damaged on arrival:
Inspect your package upon delivery. If damage is present, contact us within 48 hours with clear photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you promptly. -
Stolen packages:
Once marked as delivered, we’re unable to take responsibility for theft. We recommend choosing a secure delivery location. Insurance claims may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses can be reshipped at the customer’s expense.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Because each order is made to order, changes or cancellations may not be possible once production begins. If you need to make an adjustment, please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help.
Signature Confirmation & Insurance
For larger or high-value orders, signature confirmation or shipping insurance may be required or recommended. If you’d like added protection or upgraded shipping, feel free to contact us before or after placing your order.
Delays Outside Our Control
While we do everything we can to ensure timely delivery, some delays are beyond our control, including:

Because each Bellasso piece is made specifically for you, we kindly ask that you review the details below before placing your order.
Made-to-Order & Custom Products
All Bellasso products are made to order and custom-printed based on your selected size and design. For this reason, we’re unable to accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges once production has begun or the item has shipped.
This ensures every order receives the time, care, and attention it deserves.
Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to make a change or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase. After this time, production may already be underway and changes may no longer be possible.
We always recommend reaching out as soon as possible if something needs adjustment.
Damage or Defect Claims
We take great care in producing and packaging every order. In the rare event that an item arrives damaged or defective:

Incorrect or Missing Items

Shipping Costs for Approved Returns
In rare, case-by-case situations where a return is approved, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
Chargebacks & Dispute Resolution
If you have a concern with your order, we kindly ask that you contact us directly before filing a dispute or chargeback. We’re committed to resolving issues quickly and fairly.
Unauthorized chargebacks may be contested with supporting documentation.
