All orders are custom-made and processed upon receipt of payment. Processing time typically ranges from 3-7 business days, depending on the item type, customization, and volume. Orders may require additional time during peak seasons, sales events, or unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping & Delivery
Once production is complete, orders are shipped via trusted carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, or other partners depending on destination). Shipping times vary by location:

International: 7-21 business days (subject to customs clearance and local postal delays)
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather conditions, customs processing, or incorrect/incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or import taxes upon arrival. Buyers are responsible for any additional charges related to customs clearance. We are unable to control or estimate these fees.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
We are committed to ensuring your order arrives safely.

Lost Packages: If tracking shows the package was delivered but not received, please contact the carrier first. In most cases, your local post office or carrier can assist. If unresolved, contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date.

Damaged Packages: Inspect all packages upon delivery. If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will work with you to replace or resolve the issue promptly.

Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for stolen packages once marked delivered. Please ensure you provide a secure delivery location. Insurance claims may be filed on a case-by-case basis.
Incorrect Addresses
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses will be reshipped at the customer’s expense.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Once an order is placed, changes or cancellations may not be possible if production has already begun. Please contact us immediately if you need to make any changes.
Signature Confirmation & Insurance (Optional)
For high-value or customized orders, we may require a signature upon delivery or offer optional insurance for added protection. Customers may request upgraded shipping options at checkout or by contacting us.
Delays Outside of Our Control
We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by:

Return & Exchange Policy
Made-to-Order & Custom Products
Due to the nature of our products, all items are made-to-order and/or custom-printed specifically for each customer. For this reason, we are unable to accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges once production has begun or the item has been shipped.
Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase. After this window, production may already be underway, and changes or cancellations may not be possible.
Damage or Defect Claims
We take great care to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. In the rare event that your item arrives damaged or defective:

Provide clear photos of the damaged item, packaging, and shipping label.

We will assess the issue and offer a replacement or solution as appropriate.
Incorrect or Missing Items
If you receive an incorrect or incomplete order, please notify us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and detailed photos. We will promptly investigate and resolve the issue.

Customer Responsibility
Please carefully review product descriptions, measurements, color details, and installation instructions before purchasing. Color appearance may vary slightly due to screen settings and printing processes. We do not accept returns based on color variation, sizing mistakes, or buyer's remorse.
Installation Disclaimer
We are not responsible for damages resulting from improper installation or surface preparation. Please follow all provided instructions or seek professional installation if needed.
Shipping Costs for Approved Returns
If a return is approved (in rare, case-by-case situations), return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
Chargebacks & Dispute Resolution
We encourage you to contact us directly with any concerns prior to filing disputes or chargebacks. We are committed to resolving any issues quickly and professionally. Unauthorized chargebacks may be contested with documentation.
